Carole Hofmann is an executive management and business building professional. Her activities cover sustainability and technology topics such as GreenTech, FutureTech, FinTech and Artificial Intelligence. She has (co-)founded and built a number of initiatives and businesses. She served as partner at a Swiss Family Office, and before that, worked for 13 years in the ICT space and led large projects in software and online platform development in the TMT and finance industry. Carole Hofmann has studied Psychology and Computer Science and holds an M. Sc. from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Suzanna Vock, founder of the Gwand Festival, has been shaping the global fashion world for 30 years with an impressive network. Under her leadership, the festival has developed from a local platform into an international event with millions of media contacts. As a consultant, she supports fashion brands worldwide with a clear focus on sustainability.

Suzanna is a passionate advocate for sustainable fashion and is involved as a judge at major events such as the Global Design Graduate Show and the ASVOFF Fashion Film Festival. In her role as an ambassador for Viva con Agua and on the Advisory Board of London True Luxury Week, she actively promotes environmentally friendly practices. Her current project, the Gwand Festival Comeback, focuses in particular on the aspects of economy, ecology and social responsibility in order to present innovative and sustainable products to a wide audience.

Carla Kaufmann is an entrepreneur by heart and a key personality in the Swiss entrepreneurship ecosystem. She is a partner at Companymarket AG, the largest M&A marketplace for small and medium sized companies in Switzerland, and she is a co-owner at Get Diversity GmbH, the leading board and executive search company in Switzerland offering a bias-free recruiting process. Carla Kaufmann is also a founder at geschäftsfrau.ch, serving education for women in the process of company foundation or succession. Carla Kaufmann has studied Law at University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and holds a MA in Law.

Leo Th. Schrutt is one of leading experts in the field of investment banking in Switzerland. After having worked for the Swiss National Bank, Leo Th. Schrutt held top management positions at the Swiss Bank Cooperation, the UBS and at the Julius Baer Group, being responsible for Asset Management, Research and leading the global investment committee. At the current stage, Leo Th. Schrutt holds several positions in various boards and is an advisor to several international institutions. He was lecturing at the University of Liechtenstein and the Fachhochschule in Aarau.
